Tides Inn’s Golden Eagle Golf
Originally designed in 1976 by George W. Cobb and John LaFoy, the Golden
Eagle is a 72-par course (6,511 yards) carved out of a heavily forested
setting that plays around, and over, a 50-acre lake with Bermuda grass fairways
and Bent grass putting surfaces. The serene setting belies the challenge
of a heavily bunkered course with water in play on six holes. The Golden
Eagle Golf Club offers tee times to guests of The Tides Inn, Club Members

as is Cap’n B’s, a popular local restaurant and bar featuring
